IM Cozumel - Race Week Day 1
It has been quite the journey to race day... however, we are not there yet. Just got back from Swim practice and working on a few details before I leave on Wednesday. Without know, these two days are going to fly by. I will be adding some video journals.
However, yesterday during my run my team ran into a puppy that was running with us. It is a great dog and it was keeping up with us. One of my athletes, stopped and had a conscience. A few days earlier, Don and I was thinking on getting another dog.. but not this soon.
